Address Generator is a free, web-based tool that creates realistic, randomly generated addresses for use in software development, testing, privacy protection, and educational purposes. The Service supports 25 countries and offers IP-based address generation.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only, including:

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

3. No Warranty on Address Accuracy

The addresses generated by this Service use real place names, streets, and valid postcode formats, but the names, house numbers, and combinations are randomly generated. We do not guarantee that any generated address corresponds to a real, deliverable location or a real person. Generated addresses must not be used for actual mail delivery, shipments, or any purpose that requires a genuine, deliverable address.

4. IP Geolocation Disclaimer

The IP-based generation feature relies on public IP geolocation databases that resolve only to city or region level. The Service generates a realistic random address within the detected city. It does not identify, locate, or reveal any real person's home address. The accuracy of IP geolocation cannot be guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is provided for your use. Generated address data is not subject to copyright claims by the Service. Country and place names, street names, and postal code formats are public facts.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party APIs and services for IP geolocation. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third parties.
